Delivery & Order
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours. It then takes between 6 and 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the country of shipment for your item to arrive at your home.
In periods of high traffic or during health crises requiring government measures, it is possible that our deadlines are extended by a few days.
Our delivery times are given as an indication and can in no way constitute a firm commitment.
My order is not complete
Since we have different storage locations and work with different suppliers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.
However, if you still haven't received your package after 30 business days after ordering, then we will give you a full refund, and you can keep the item when you receive it.
Contact us at support@cubecasa.es to report an unreceived item.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to support@cubecasa.es.
After this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective?
Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, it is possible that your package arrives damaged.
In this case or in the case of a design defect, please contact us at support@cubecasa.es with the following details:
Your order number
The description of the problem (wrong item / defective, ...).
A picture or a video.
You will need to send the product back, and we will refund you directly the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please specify it).
How long is it going to take to get my money back?
Refunds are a part of every business, and we understand you want to know how long it takes to get your money back. Once we process a refund for your order, the money is immediately submitted to your bank.
